Return and Exchanges

At Viraasi, we are pleased to offer exchange for your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retains the original tags, within 5 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. Post informing us about the exchange you have to self ship the product to us and send us a copy of the delivery slip within 5 days. Once it reaches us and qualifies our QC we shall dispatch your replacement order.

There are no exchanges or returns on customised orders or items that are bought on sale, please send accurate measurements of yourself to avoid any fitting issues. We recommend you to follow our Viraasi fit guide.

There are no returns for any purchase at Viraasi, you can mail us at support@houseofviraasi.com to receive a credit note for your invoice amount. The credit amount will be valid for 60 days from the date of your mail.
