Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days but we reserve a right of 15 days TAT to complete your orders if any unforeseen circumstances may arise. We ship through registered courier companies for all orders.

If your order is with us for size alteration or it's a custom order, kindly contact us to know the exact dispatch time of your order.

Please Note : Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Email or WhatsApp.

Modes of Payment

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Rupay & American Express), UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, BHIM and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. Cash on Delivery for orders upto INR 5000 is also available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.. Domestic standard shipping is FREE. However, you can opt for Express shipping or Cash on Delivery at an extra charge.

Orders will be delivered at the shipping address mentioned at checkout. Incase of any change in the address please let us know before we have handed over your package to the courier company.

Damages

House of Viraasi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. After shipment, we are not responsible for any orders. We always recommend you videotape while opening your Viraasi packag, to prove the claim. If you received a damaged piece, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Viraasi personally quality checks all orders before packing them. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Tracking Your Package

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will inform you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.

Non Availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will make three delivery attempts before returning the package. If it's returned, you can opt for self-shipping or we can deliver to your door for an additional shipping fee. Ensure to provide a complete shipping address with zip code and mobile number for swift delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Exchange Policy for your online purchases?

At Viraasi, we are pleased to offer exchange for your purchase that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retains the original tags with its original packaging. The Exchnage must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.

and ship it to us at E39, Bhakhtawar Ram Nagar, (Near Ajay Ajeet Club), Indore Madhya Pradesh - 452018. Also send us a copy of the delivery slip within 5 days. Once it reaches our warehouse and qualifies QC we will dispatch your replacement order.

Please Note :

There is no exchange or return on customised orders or items that are bought on sale, please send accurate measurements of yourself to avoid any fitting issues. We recommend you to follow our Viraasi fit guide.

There are no returns/order cancellations for any purchase at Viraasi, you can ship the product and mail us at support@houseofviraasi.com to receive store credits for your product value. The credit amount will be valid for 60 days from the date of your mail.

Our Customer Care team members will be happy to assist you through this process should you face any issue.

We are not liable for any exchange that we were not notified about first, lost in transit or doesn't match the aforementioned conditions.

I loved it but first wash my kaftan shriked a little although its still wearable

Hey, yes rayon shrinks a little in the first wash but then thats why we have made it one inch longer so that the shrikage wont effect the height. Glad to know you still love it. Much love xoxo
